Shipping & Return Policies

I haven’t received an order confirmation

You should receive a confirmation email or SMS once your payment is processed and your order is completed. If you don’t receive this, please get in touch with us at info.whitegate.co@gmail.com.

When can I expect my order?

We typically dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of confirmation. We use reliable shipping services to ensure prompt delivery, but actual transit times will vary depending on your delivery location.

I’d like to cancel my order

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped or within 24 hours, whichever is sooner. To cancel, please email us at info.whitegate.co@gmail.com with your order ID and confirmation details.

I received a damaged item

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing info.whitegate.co@gmail.com. Include photos of the damaged item and the shipping label, and mention your order number.

When will my refund be processed?

Once we receive and verify the damage through your provided photos, we will initiate your refund. The process typically takes 3-4 business days.

I prefer a different design and want to exchange

We offer a one-time free replacement policy (please note that reverse shipping costs are the customer's responsibility). To request an exchange, email us at info.whitegate.co@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

When will I get my replacement?

The item for exchange must be intact, unused, unsoiled, unwashed, and in its original packaging. We will process and ship your replacement within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
