Where do we ship to?
We currently ship across India. Whether you’re in a metro city or a remote town, we’ve got you covered.
How long does an order take to process?
We aim to process all orders within 24 working hours. Most orders are fulfilled within 5 working days, but during high-demand periods (sales, launches, holidays), please allow up to 7 working days.
How long does shipping take?
All confirmed orders are dispatched within 24 working hours. You’ll receive an email or message with tracking details once your order is shipped. While we work hard to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to courier or logistics issues.
How can you track your order?
Once dispatched, you’ll get a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp to follow your order in real-time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above a certain value. The minimum order value for free shipping will be visible at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently only ship within India.
❌ Cancellations
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes — orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped yet.
How do I cancel my order?
Email us at info.whitegate.co08@gmail.com with your order ID to request a cancellation.
Will I get a full refund on cancellation?
Absolutely. Cancellations made within the allowed window are fully refunded.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. We cannot refund to a different account or payment method.
Note: Orders cannot be canceled once they’ve been shipped.

At Whitegate, we take pride in delivering high-quality socks with care and consistency. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.
Important: Please record an unboxing video when you receive your package — it's required for return or refund eligibility.
🧾 Return Eligibility
We only accept returns if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Return requests are made within 2 days of delivery
We do not accept returns for sizing issues or if the socks have been used or tried on due to hygiene reasons.

Our team will respond within 48 working hours.
💳 Refund Timeline
Once the return is approved and we receive the product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges are available only for:

We'll send a replacement once the returned item is received and verified.
