At Whitegate, we take pride in delivering high-quality socks with care and consistency. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.
Important: Please record an unboxing video when you receive your package β€” it's required for return or refund eligibility.

🧾 Return Eligibility

We only accept returns if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Return requests are made within 2 days of delivery

We do not accept returns for sizing issues or if the socks have been used or tried on due to hygiene reasons.

πŸ”„ How to Request a Return or Replacement

Email us at info.whitegate.co08@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your Order ID

  • Photos of the product + the unboxing video

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will respond within 48 working hours.

πŸ’³ Refund Timeline

Once the return is approved and we receive the product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges are available only for:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged product

  • Missing item(s)

We'll send a replacement once the returned item is received and verified.


❗ We Do Not Accept Returns/Replacements If:

  • Product has been used, washed, or altered

  • Original tags or packaging are missing

  • Return request is made more than 2 days after delivery

  • Product is reported missing after 24 hours of marked delivery

  • Unboxing video is not provided or unclear
