At Whitegate, we take pride in delivering high-quality socks with care and consistency. However, if something goes wrong, weβre here to help.
Important: Please record an unboxing video when you receive your package β it's required for return or refund eligibility.
π§Ύ Return Eligibility
We only accept returns if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Return requests are made within 2 days of delivery
We do not accept returns for sizing issues or if the socks have been used or tried on due to hygiene reasons.
π How to Request a Return or Replacement

Our team will respond within 48 working hours.

Once the return is approved and we receive the product, refunds will be processed within 5β7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges are available only for:

We'll send a replacement once the returned item is received and verified.
